When one of my clients said to me,

I knew I had discovered the sweet spot in my work.

Because if what Teilhard de Chardin said is true, that we are

“We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience”

then all transformational work we undertake is spiritual. 

So whether I am

My training as an interfaith minister, coach and spiritual mentor, as well as my own spiritual awakening enable me to see beyond the story to what lies beneath.

I feel really blessed to have been a founding participant of the life changing Slowing Down to the Speed of Grace programme. My goal at the start was to increase my self confidence and to stop the negative self talk and I would say that I am now far more aware of the way I speak to myself. I found that the course seemed to be divinely woven into the tapestry of my life with many resonances. It was as if it made sense of other aspects of my life to date that had always been a conundrum. I enjoyed being in an environment where spirituality was at the core and enjoyed the discussion of all things spiritual. I loved not feeling like a far-out loony away with the faeries.
